Update 5: Maatregelen omtrent Coronavirus

Beste leden,

Naar aanleiding van de persconferentie van gisteravond hebben we weer een update over de stand van zaken binnen MSV Pulse op dit moment:

Activiteiten:

– Zoals eerder gemeld, zullen alle activiteiten tot 1 juni komen te vervallen.

– Daarnaast zal ook het Hydracie weekend, wat op 5, 6 en 7 juni plaats zou vinden, afgelast worden.

– In de update van volgende week zullen we jullie meer vertellen over de overige activiteiten in juni.

– Als alternatief hebben we de laatste paar weken vrijmibo’s georganiseerd, we hebben hier positieve reacties op gekregen, dus we zijn zeker van plan om de komende periode online activiteiten aan te blijven bieden. Zo zal er komende vrijdag een borrel met online bierproeverij zijn: https://www.facebook.com/events/3183320985032635/

– Voor de derdejaars organiseert de MasterCie daarnaast een online workshop genaamd “Hoe overleef ik mijn coschappen?” op 28 april: https://www.facebook.com/events/585353025726095/

– Tevens wordt er gekeken of we mee kunnen doen met de online versie van de Batavierenrace, houd hiervoor dus onze Facebookpagina in de gaten.

– Een up to date planning van alle activiteiten de komende periode is te vinden in de agenda op onze site. Daarnaast staat er op onze Facebook pagina een overzicht. Houd vooral onze social media in de gaten, aangezien daar ook langer lopende activiteiten op worden gedeeld.

– Bij vragen/benodigdheden kun je nog steeds mailen naar msvpulse@maastrichtuniversity.nl

– Voor vragen over wat dit betekent voor het onderwijs kun je gaan naar http://www.askfhml.nl/. Daarnaast raden we iedereen aan goed de Announcements en je studentenmail in de gaten te houden, wanneer er zaken rondom het onderwijs bekend zijn, worden dit via deze wegen naar studenten gecommuniceerd.

– Voor algemene updates rondom het beleid van de universiteit raden we aan om https://www.maastrichtuniversity.nl/nl in de gaten te houden.

We begrijpen dat dit voor iedereen een moeilijke tijd is, waarin we minder contact hebben met elkaar. Wij als Bestuur proberen onze vereniging toch zo toegankelijk mogelijk te maken, ook nu kunnen we op bepaalde manieren toch samen zijn. We proberen jullie zo goed mogelijk op de hoogte te houden van alle ontwikkelingen, houd dus vooral onze sociale media in de gaten.

Dear members,

Following last night’s press conference, we have another update for you about everything concerning MSV Pulse at the moment:

Activities:

– As communicated before, all activities will be cancelled till June the 1^st.

– In addition, the Hydracie weekend, which would take place on June the 5^th, 6^th and 7^th, will also be cancelled.

– In next week’s update we will tell you more about the other activities in June.

– As an alternative, we have been organizing online activities in the last few weeks, we have received positive responses to this, so we definitely plan to continue to offer online activities in the coming period. – For the third year students, the MasterCie also organizes an online workshop called “Hoe overleef ik mijn coschappen?” on April 28: https://www.facebook.com/events/585353025726095/ This activitie will be in Dutch, because the coschappen (internships in the Master) will also be in Dutch.

– We are also looking into whether we can participate in the online version of the Batavierenrace, so keep an eye on our Facebook page.

– An up-to-date planning of all activities in the coming period can be found in the agenda on our website. In addition, there is an overview on our Facebook page. Be sure to keep an eye on our social media, as longer-term activities are also shared on it.

We understand that this is a difficult time for everyone, in which we have less contact with each other. We as the Board try to make our association as accessible as possible, even now we can still be together in certain ways. We try to keep you informed on all the developments, so keep an eye on our social media.
