1. A forty-year-old man who is working as a plumber comes to the emergency room with severe pain in his foot. He tells the nurse that he dropped a sink on his foot. Initially it didn’t hurt that much, but after a while the pain started to get worse. The emergency doctor decides to make an X-ray of his foot. The following images are obtained. What is the correct diagnosis?

A sixty-year-old female comes to the GP for an annual check of her blood pressure. The blood pressure measured is 175/110 RR. The GP decides to prescribe medication to treat her high blood pressure. She comes back after three weeks and her blood pressure is now even higher (180/113). Because she also started to complain of back pain and a throbbing pain in the left flank, the GP decides to refer her to a gastroenterologist. The gastroenterologist performs an ultrasound in which he sees a mass in the abdomen. Because of uncertainty about the mass a CT is made subsequently. The following images are obtained. What is the correct diagnosis? N.B. Keep the elevated blood pressure in mind!
