COVID-19 update: Stand van zaken vanaf 1 juni

Activiteiten:
– Voor de maand juni hebben we een alternatieve planning opgezet met online activiteiten. De volgende evenementen zullen komen te vervallen of verplaatst worden: De Actieve Leden Activiteit, het Bachelor Eindfeest, het HydraCie weekend, de MasterCie eindborrel, het voetbaltoernooi, de AkCie activiteit, het GGD weekend, het Randwyckfeest en de CultuurCie activiteit.
– De nieuwe planning is te zien in de afbeelding en staat daarnaast op onze Facebookpagina en in onze agenda op de site.
– De eerste activiteit van juni zal een vrijmibo met het Kandidaats Bestuur zijn op 5 juni, in het Facebookevenement is meer informatie te vinden!
– Er wordt op dit moment gekeken naar het organiseren van een alternatieve Actieve Leden activiteit op 3 juli. We kunnen er nog niet veel over zeggen, maar houd deze datum als actief lid dus nog even vrij.
– Over de introductieperiode aan het begin val volgend academisch jaar kunnen we nog weinig zeggen helaas. We doen ons best om voor de aankomende eerstejaars een leuke introperiode op te zetten, maar het gaat de vraag zijn in welke vorm deze plaats zal kunnen vinden.
– Het Groot Beraad op 25 juni zal op een alternatieve manier plaatsvinden, meer informatie hierover zal nog volgen.
Onderwijs:
– Het is mogelijk om in de Inner City Library te studeren als het thuis voor je niet mogelijk is. Meer informatie daarover is hier te vinden: https://library.maastrichtuniversity.nl/were-cautiously-opening-our-doors-again/ Daarnaast kun je middels deze link ook meteen een time-slot reserveren.
– Er zijn meerdere updates vanuit de universiteit geplaatst over zowel het werkplekleren voor coschappers als regelingen voor bachelorstudenten. Wij raden jullie dus aan om goed de announcements in Student Portal in de gaten te houden.

Activities:
– For June we have set up an alternative program with online activities. The following events will be canceled or moved: The Active Members Activity, the Bachelor End Party, the HydraCie weekend, the MasterCie drinks, the football tournament, the AkCie activity, the GGD weekend, the Randwyck party and the CultuurCie activity.
– The new planning can be seen in the image and is also on our Facebook page and in our agenda on the website.
– The first activity in June will be a Vrijmibo with the Candidate Board on June the 5th, more information can be found in the Facebook event!
– We are currently looking into organizing an alternative Active Member Activity on July the 3rd. We can’t say much about it yet, but as an active member, try to keep this date free.
– Unfortunately, we can’t say much about the introduction period at the beginning of the next academic year. We are trying hard to set up a nice introduction period for the upcoming firstyears, but we don’t yet know in what form this will take place.
– The Great Council on June the 25th will take place in an alternative way, more information about this will follow.
Education:
